Type: White Tea

Description: Unrolled open fuller green leaves along with silver tip tea leaves with its characteristics fruity aroma. A good combination of silver tips tea leaves with the two adjoining full leaves of the tips to provide the best of aromas and flavours of white tea.

Colour: Fresh Green

Smell: Truly characteristic of Pure Darjeeling White. Flowery taste and aroma. Abstract feeling.

Liquor: Light transparent liquor shading a hue to the watery texture. Slightly flowery, and wholesome to the senses. Characteristic smell to compliment the Godly taste. Very satisfying for the White lovers.

Brewing: Its is advised to take about 2-3 grams of this second flush Darjeeling tea leaves for a cup and to brew for 6 minutes at a water temperature of 80°C. The second infusion was done for 6 and a half minutes at the same temperature.
